The following are considered active members of the Union:
Arab ministries, companies, unions, institutions, bodies and projects working in the fields referred to in Article One of this system. A member is required to have at least 51% of his capital owned by Arab shareholders, and that his representative in the federation’s bodies must be of Arab nationality.

Accepts as associate members the following:

• Ministries, agencies, institutions and offices that are responsible for establishing and implementing work that is directly related to the Union’s activity.
• Arab consulting offices that work in the field stipulated in Article One of this system.
• Specific specialized federations working in the field stipulated in Article 1 of this system, as well as chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture in Arab countries.

 The following shall be an observer member:

• Council of Arab Economic Unity.
• Arab organizations specialized in their field of expertise.
• International organizations and Arab specific federations related to the federation’s activity may be an observer member by decision of the Board of Directors.

 The following are accepted as expert members in the Union:

• Centers for specialized research and studies in Arab countries.
•  Global houses of expertise related to the Union’s activity.
• Natural individuals who are experienced in the fields of the Federation’s jurisdiction and activity.
