An emergency meeting of the Board of Directors of the Arab Union of Productive Families, Crafts and Traditional Industries, the regional office in the State of Libya
Under the chairmanship of Mr. Counselor/ Abdel Majeed Mohamed Kashir, and in the presence of a member of the Board of Directors of the General Union, Mr. Dr. Abdel Salam Fouad Al-Quraytli, and members of the regional office, gentlemen

The attendees discussed the scheduled agenda items and approved the minutes of the previous meeting
The attendees also discussed the General Secretariat’s reported errors in correspondence and the acceptance of the General Secretariat’s apology in particular.
The work steps undertaken by the Union were presented after the efforts made to carry out, in cooperation with the competent authorities, an inventory of all activities within the Union’s jurisdiction, including productive families, craft industries, and traditional industries, which were destroyed by Hurricane Daniel and the floods that struck the city of Derna and other neighboring cities. All procedures were also approved. The president did this, including opening branches in Al-Zawiya/Al-Jabal Al-Gharbi - Tarhuna - and the city of Benghazi.
The attendees agreed to continue following up on the headquarters and immunities agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to develop an action plan for the year 2024 and present it to the relevant authorities.
